Our application servers will be taken offline to perform hardware upgrades this Sunday the 20th of May, at 9am UTC, 2am PST, 9pm NZST. We expect that there will be a total of 1 hour of downtime, with an allowance given for a total of 2 hours of downtime.
During this time, both the the main web and mobile applications will be inaccessible. We’ve targeted these times for the upgrade to occur as they are the lowest usage periods for the application.
The servers are being taken offline to perform hardware upgrades to allow an expansion of our capacity. This is required following the launch of the new mobile application.
We apologise in advance for the inconvenience caused by not being able to access PocketSmith during this time. Stay tuned to our Twitter account for updates as we get back online following the upgrades.
