The bank feed data provider Yodlee is currently experiencing reliability issues which is affecting all bank feed services.
The problem relates to the establishing of a session between the Bank Feed application on PocketSmith’s side, and their servers. It is manifesting itself in declaring that the session which is established is invalid, though it is currently valid and is working for about half the requests.
This means while about 50% of requests to the Bank Feed service (e.g. adding sites, updating transactions etc) will work, the other half will not - without any obvious pattern from PocketSmith’s side of things.
