Improved Help and Profile menus

The Help and Profile menus have been redesigned. It now matches the rest of PocketSmith as well as making it easier to get the help you need and find the settings to manage your PocketSmith account.
Some options have been reordered and had a slight change in wording, however there is no change in functionality.
